The Fund's investment strategy is to invest at least 80% of the Fund's total value in commercial real estate, land, residential properties, offices, shopping malls, business centers, hotels, logistics centers, warehouses, factories, parks, parking lots, dormitories, hospitals, schools, and any other type of real estate and real estate-based rights deemed appropriate by the Board, for the purpose of generating capital appreciation, trading profits, and/or rental income.

Principles of Buying and Selling
Investors can place buy orders on any business day of the month. Purchases will be executed at the fund price announced on the 15th of the month in which the order is placed. Sales orders for participation units, placed by 5:00 PM on December 15th (or the following business day if it is a holiday), will be processed on the following business day at the price calculated on that date.
